Your athlete list comes across. TrueCoach does not export programmes as structured data, so you rebuild them in Marrow's builder. Your athletes confirm their payment once on a secure page, at the price they were already paying, because cards on file cannot move between platforms.
From TrainHeroic
Your athlete list comes across. TrainHeroic does not let anyone export your written programmes or past workout logs, and their own support centre says everything is designed to be delivered in app, so the page tells you plainly what stays behind before you decide.
From ERA Fit
Your athletes and their nutrition targets come across from a spreadsheet. ERA Fit publishes no export tool and no workout level export, so you rebuild your programmes in Marrow's builder. This works for a solo coach and for a whole gym, one trainer's clients at a time, each under the right coach.
What the self serve move means.
The importer is free in every plan, with no setup fee. You run the move yourself, at your own pace.
- Invite each client right after their last charge on your old app. They are charged on Marrow the day they join. Or, on a monthly price, set each client's first charge date to their old billing date, 3 to 45 days out, and invite everyone at once: they add a card with nothing due today, and Marrow charges them on that date. As each one joins, cancel them on your old app. Never cancel everyone first, so your income never stops and nobody pays twice.
