Marrow is not better at marketing. It is better at coaching.
If your business runs on cold traffic, paid funnels, and a high volume sales pipeline, ERA Fit built tooling for exactly that. We are not going to pretend Marrow matches it on the marketing edge.
What Marrow gives you instead is the coaching layer ERA Fit treats as secondary. Wearable signal reading that surfaces the athlete who needs you today. Moving a whole gym, not just one coach.
ERA Fit gyms run many trainers at once. Marrow moves them one trainer at a time, so every client lands under the right coach.
How the bulk transition works.
Every member in Marrow starts with a coach. So the gym puts each trainer's clients in their own spreadsheet and uploads each one from the gym console, picking that trainer as the coach those members start with. Nothing is added until the owner approves the review, and a member can be moved to another coach later.

We tell you up front. ERA Fit publishes no export tool, so the move starts from a spreadsheet of your clients. We document every gap so nothing surprises you later.
What transfers
- Your client roster. Name, email, phone, status, and join date.
- What each client was on, kept as a label on their profile.
- In a gym transition, each trainer's clients, uploaded one file per trainer, under that trainer.
What does not transfer
- Your programs. You rebuild them in Marrow's editor.
- Your nutrition plans, client tags and last active dates.
- Your funnels and CRM automation flows. Marrow is a coaching platform, not a funnel builder.
- Payment cards. Each ERA Fit athlete enters their card once on Marrow, at your price, when they accept your invitation.
- ERA Fit hosted stock exercise videos. Marrow ships its own stock library.
- Direct messages and chat history. No export exists. We suggest screenshots before you cancel.
- Body stats history and progress photos.

How the move runs.
Invite each athlete right after their last charge on ERA Fit, and cancel them there one by one as they join. Never cancel everyone first. A few athletes first, then everyone. For a gym, every trainer runs the same steps together. The step by step guide has every button.
You book a migration call.
30 minute call. We walk your ERA Fit account together and map your path. For a gym, we map the full trainer roster.
The plan.
You receive a one page migration plan. What transfers. What does not. The cutover date you choose.
Roster import.
ERA Fit has no export tool, so you put your clients in a spreadsheet. Drop it into the Marrow importer. For a gym, one file per trainer. You read every row before anyone is added.
Programs rebuilt.
Programs do not come across in an import. You pick your top programs and build them in Marrow's editor or start from our template library. We help when you get stuck.
Invite right after each last charge.
Invite each athlete right after their last charge on ERA Fit. They are charged on Marrow the day they join, so there is no free gap and no double month. Or, on a monthly price, set each athlete's first charge date to their old billing date, 3 to 45 days out, and invite everyone at once: they add a card with nothing due today, and Marrow charges them on that date. Start with 3 to 5 athletes. Each gets one email, sets a password and enters their card at your price. Then send the rest from the importer. You see who was invited and who was not.
Cancel each athlete as they join.
As each athlete joins, cancel them on ERA Fit, one by one. The importer lists everyone who has joined, for example "Joined on Marrow on 3 October. Cancel them on your old app.", with a Done tick, so you always know who to cancel next. Never cancel or pause everyone on ERA Fit first. That stops your income until people get round to joining.
Cutover.
Tell your athletes where to log workouts and where to message you. When the last athlete has joined and been cancelled, close your ERA Fit account, once you have saved anything you want to keep. You keep coaching.

How much does the migration cost?
The importer is included in every plan, with no setup fee. Solo coaches are $99 per month, flat, with your branded app included. Marrow takes 8 percent of every payment we process. On a $200 a month member that is $16, and it is printed on your screen every time. That 8 percent bundles the Marrow growth and marketing team.
Will my athletes have to re-enter a card?
Yes. ERA Fit athletes paid through ERA Fit, not your Marrow account. Each athlete enters their card once, at your price, when they accept your Marrow invitation. We help you write the message that goes with it.
I run a gym with many trainers. Can you move all of us at once?
Yes. Add your trainers as Marrow coaches, put each trainer's clients in their own spreadsheet, and upload each file from Bring members over in your gym console, picking that trainer as the coach. Each trainer runs the same per athlete cutover for their own clients.
What happens to my nutrition plans?
They do not come across in the import. You set each client's targets again in Marrow, as macro ranges plus food principles. You stay in charge of how strict that is.
Does the CRM context I built come with me?
Only part of it. What each client was on and their status come across with them. Tags, last active dates, funnels and automation flows stay in ERA Fit. Marrow is a coaching platform, not a funnel builder.
Can I roll back if I do not like Marrow?
Yes. Nobody is cancelled on ERA Fit until they have joined Marrow, so everyone who has not joined is still on ERA Fit and still billed there. The pace is yours to call. If something feels wrong, stop sending invitations. Running an import again never adds anyone twice.
