A 50 athlete coach pays roughly $199 per month on TrainHeroic Coach Plus. The same roster on Marrow runs $49 per month plus 5 percent of your coaching revenue, capped at $499 per month. The crossover where Marrow becomes the cheaper option sits between 25 and 40 athletes depending on your pricing.

We always show you the real math during your migration call before you commit. Marrow is not cheaper for every coach. We will tell you when it is not.

Read this before you commit

TrainHeroic built one of the best athlete apps in the category. Here is where we stand against it.

Your athletes are used to a specific feel. Per set logging. The RPE slider after each set. Their current working max visible while they lift. Team leaderboards. A daily session that opens to the right thing without thinking. That is the bar.

Marrow's athlete app today covers the core of that experience. Per set weight, reps, and an RPE field. Working max visible alongside the lift. Session feedback after the workout. A clean today view. Form check video upload tied to a session.

What Marrow does not match yet, as of this writing:

Team leaderboards in their full TrainHeroic form. A simpler version is on the July roadmap.
StackUp style cross gym benchmarking. Not on the near term roadmap.
Pre loaded Athlete Pro third party content libraries.

If your athletes care most about leaderboards, this is the honest conversation we need to have on the migration call. We help coaches who decide Marrow is the right move plan the messaging to their roster. For coaches whose athletes will revolt without StackUp, the right answer might be to wait one or two quarters while we ship the gap.

We say this because we would rather lose the migration call than win it and lose your roster in week three.

The 14 day migration.

A parallel run window. You keep TrainHeroic active while Marrow comes online for a small group of athletes first. Once we verify it works, the rest of your roster moves.

Day 0

You book a migration call.

30 minute call. We walk your account together. We ask five qualifying questions to map your path.

Day 1

The plan.

You receive a one page migration plan. What transfers. What does not. The exact cutover date. Founder Cohort agreement signed on the call.

Day 2

Roster import.

You export your athlete list CSV per team. We merge them by email and provision Marrow accounts. You review the matched roster in 10 minutes.

Days 3 to 6

Programs rebuilt.

You pick your top programs. Build them in Marrow's editor or start from our template library. We assist via Loom answers when you get stuck.

Day 7

Parallel run begins.

You pick 3 to 5 guinea pig athletes. They get a Marrow invite and a Stripe Checkout link to re-authorize their card. You watch how they engage for a week.

Days 8 to 12

Full roster invite.

Once 3 of 5 guinea pigs are logging on Marrow, we batch invite the rest. Marrow paces sends to avoid spam flags.

Day 13

Final notice to athletes.

You send a templated note from Marrow's communication center. Your athletes know exactly where to log workouts and where to message you.

Day 14

Cutover.

You pause your TrainHeroic subscription. Migration record is marked complete. Founder Wall update goes out. You keep coaching.

How much does the migration cost?

Nothing extra. The white glove migration is included in the Founder Cohort. The Founder Cohort is $49 per month plus 5 percent of your coaching revenue, capped at $499 per month, locked for 12 months. After 12 months the rate is reviewed once and locked again.

Will my athletes have to re-enter a card?

Yes. TrainHeroic athletes paid TrainHeroic, not your Stripe account. Cards do not transfer. We send your athletes a Stripe Checkout link during the parallel run window so they can re-authorize. We help you write the message that goes with it.

What if I have not exported anything yet?

That is the normal starting point. We walk you through exactly which exports to run on the migration call. You do them with us on the line. The full athlete CSV pulls in 90 seconds per team.

What happens to my custom exercise videos?

If they live on YouTube or Vimeo on your channel, the URLs come with you. Marrow shows the same videos. If you uploaded a video directly to TrainHeroic somehow, we map it to a Marrow stock equivalent or you re-upload the original.

Can I roll back if I do not like Marrow?

You keep TrainHeroic active during the parallel run window. The cutover is yours to call. If something feels wrong before Day 14, we slow down. If something feels wrong after, your TrainHeroic account is still recoverable for a full billing cycle.

Does Marrow have team leaderboards?

A simpler version is on the near term roadmap. The full TrainHeroic style StackUp benchmarking is not on the immediate roadmap. If your business depends on leaderboards as a primary engagement driver, we will say so on the call.
