The honest part most pages skip
Your athletes will re enter their card. Here is why.
TrueCoach payments run through Stripe Connect Express provisioned by TrueCoach. The cards on file live in TrueCoach's Stripe account, not yours. We cannot port them. Nobody can.
What that means in practice: every active athlete gets a clean Stripe Checkout link from Marrow on Day 7. Same price, same schedule, takes them about thirty seconds. Plan on ten to twenty five percent of your athletes not completing the re authorization in the first week. That is the spec baseline. The single best mitigation is the coach personally texting the top ten athletes the night before invites go out.
We tell you this on the call because we would rather you switch with realistic numbers than be surprised on Day 8.

Cutover email goes out. You pause TrueCoach (not cancel, message history backstop).

What does the white glove migration cost?
Free for Founder Cohort coaches. After the cohort closes, the same migration becomes a $500 setup fee. The Founder rate plus free migration is the offer for the first one hundred coaches.
Will my athletes really need to re enter a card?
Yes. TrueCoach holds the cards in their own Stripe account, not yours. We cannot transfer them. Every active athlete gets a Stripe Checkout link from Marrow on Day 7. It takes about thirty seconds.

What happens to my message history?
TrueCoach does not export messages. Nobody can pull them programmatically. What you can do during the parallel run window is screenshot any high value threads on your phone and store them where you want.
Athletes start fresh on Marrow with a clean message channel. Most coaches find this is less of a problem than they expected.
Do I need to cancel TrueCoach before I start?
No. We recommend pausing TrueCoach on Day 14, not cancelling. Pause keeps your message history accessible for the rest of the billing cycle as a backstop. Once the cycle ends, cancel.
Important: TrueCoach's terms say you lose access to your content on termination. Always extract before you cancel. We handle that for you during the Day 2 step.
What about my programs and templates?
TrueCoach does not let coaches export programs as structured data. The honest answer is you will rebuild your top programs in Marrow's program editor during Days 3 through 6. We help. Most coaches find Marrow's editor faster than TrueCoach's.
If you also have TrueCoach per athlete workout TXT exports, drop them in a folder and we parse what we can. Coverage varies. Raw blocks always preserved.
What if I want to roll back to TrueCoach?
You can. Your TrueCoach account stays paused, not cancelled, throughout the parallel run. If Marrow does not work for you, you reactivate TrueCoach and you have only lost the athletes who chose not to re authorize. Most rollbacks would happen within the first week.
We do not lock you in. The Founder rate plus the migration concierge stands on its own. If we cannot earn the seat, we should lose it.
Founder Cohort closes when the hundredth coach signs.
