This one is for members paying a coach. Updating your card takes about a minute. Changing plans is not self-serve and we will tell you why. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves you training until the end of the period you already paid for.
This is the member article, not the coach one
If you pay a coach every month to train you, you are in the right place.
If you are a coach paying Marrow for your own account, you want the coach billing article instead. Different screens, different answers.
Two ways in, same secure window
Either of these gets you there.
- Open Settings, go to the Billing section, and hit Manage payment method.
- Or open Membership from your dashboard menu and hit Manage billing.
A secure Stripe window opens in a new tab. Enter the new card and save. Marrow never sees your full card number, before or after.
While you are in there you can also pull your invoices. There is a Download all invoices link in Settings that opens the same window.
If that button tells you there is no billing set up, it means no live subscription is attached to your account yet. Message your coach, they set the plan up.
There is no self-serve plan switch, and here is why
The honest answer is that you cannot change plans yourself, and we would rather say that than send you looking.
Your account holds one live coaching plan at a time. That is a deliberate limit. Two live plans on one account is how people end up paying twice a month without noticing.
To move to a different plan with your coach, talk to them first and agree what you are moving to. Then cancel the plan you are on, let the paid period finish, and start the new one.
If that sounds clunky for what you are trying to do, message us. We will help you land it without a gap in your training.
From Settings, in about three taps
- Open Settings and go to the Billing section.
- Hit Cancel my subscription.
- Confirm.
You can also cancel inside the Stripe window if you are already in there.
Nothing disappears, and nothing is charged again
- Your next charge does not run.
- You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. We show you that exact date when you cancel.
- You get a confirmation email so you have a record.
- Your training history stays. Cancelling is not deleting.
Your coach sees a signal that you are leaving. Some will reach out. That is them caring, not a retention machine, and you are never obliged to answer it.
Cancelling does not close your account. If you want your account and your data deleted outright, ask from your settings and we handle it under our privacy policy.
That one goes through your coach
Refunds are your coach's call, because they set your price and they deliver the coaching. There is no refund button on your side.
Message them and tell them what happened. Here is how that conversation usually goes.
