Change the card we charge for your monthly subscription, or update the bank account where Stripe deposits your payouts.

To update the card we charge

Settings » Billing

From your coach dashboard, go to Settings » Billing. Click "Update card." A Stripe form opens. Enter the new card details. The new card replaces the old one for the next subscription charge.

If your card was declined and your subscription is paused, updating the card here also restarts the subscription. We retry the charge within an hour of the new card being saved.

To update your payout bank

Settings » Payouts » Open in Stripe

Bank account changes happen inside Stripe directly. From Settings » Payouts, click "Open in Stripe." Inside the Stripe dashboard, go to Settings » Bank accounts and add or change your bank. Stripe verifies new bank accounts with a small test deposit before the first payout lands.

Marrow doesn't see or store your bank info. Stripe handles it directly.

To update your business name or tax info

Settings » Payouts » Open in Stripe

Stripe handles your legal business name, EIN or SSN, and tax address. Inside Stripe, go to Settings » Business details. Updates to these fields can take Stripe a day or two to verify. Your payouts continue during the verification window.

To update your email or contact info on Marrow

Settings » Profile

Your email, phone, photo, bio, and credentials all live in Settings » Profile inside Marrow. Changes save instantly.

Two different sets of details Marrow stores your coaching profile, your pricing, and your application records. Stripe stores your bank account, your tax info, and your payout history. Most billing changes happen inside Stripe; most profile changes happen inside Marrow. The earnings panel shows you both.
