Your account is built the moment your payment clears. A sign-in link comes to your email. Your first login asks you three quick things and then you are on your dashboard. One thing worth doing on day one: message your coach and say hello.

First

Check your email for the sign-in link

Once your payment clears we build your account and email you a link to sign in. There is no password to create.

If it is not in your inbox, check spam. It comes from a marrowfitness.com address.

After that first email, a short series of notes comes over your first month. A welcome, a nudge after your first day, and a couple of check-ins further out. They are there to keep you moving, and they stop if you ever cancel.

Your first login

Three questions, about ninety seconds

The first time you sign in we ask you three things and nothing more.

  1. A profile photo. You can skip it.
  2. Pounds or kilograms.
  3. Your time zone, which we have usually already guessed right.

That is the whole intake. No questionnaire, no forms. Then you land on your dashboard.

Your first program

Sometimes it is already there, sometimes your coach builds it

If your coach attached a program to your invite, it is waiting for you on your dashboard the first time you open it. Nothing to do but start.

If they did not, your dashboard will be quiet for a moment while they build it for you. That is normal and it is not something going wrong. Coaches often want to talk to you first so the first block actually fits you.

When your coach reaches out

Message them first, do not wait to be found

We will be straight with you here, because guessing is worse than knowing.

Marrow does not automatically ping your coach the second you join. They see you when they open their roster. Most coaches check often and will come to you. Some are mid-session with somebody else.

So send them a message from inside Marrow on day one. Tell them what you want out of this and anything they should know about your body. It is the single fastest way to get your programming pointed at you instead of at an average person.

Where the community is

Under Community on your dashboard

Open the menu on your dashboard and choose Community.

What you find there is your coach's community, the people they train, not a giant public feed. You can post, react, and reply.

If your coach does not run a community, you will see a note saying so rather than an empty room. That is fine. Plenty of excellent coaches work one to one.

One thing to skip

There is no app to download yet

Marrow runs in your browser, on your phone and on a computer, with nothing to install.

Add the site to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app. The iOS and Android apps are in submission, and we will email you the moment they are live.

Your first session When you are ready to train, this is all you have to do. Open it, log the first set. That is the whole job on day one.
