Your clients pay through Stripe. Every payment, including memberships, session packs, bookings, classes, charges on a card on file, and tickets to your events, is charged straight to your own Stripe account, under your name. Marrow does not hold it. Stripe pays your bank on the schedule you set.

Marrow's share is the 8 percent platform fee on each payment Marrow processes. Stripe takes it at the moment of the charge and it shows on every line in your dashboard. If you hold a twelve month price lock from an earlier rate, that rate applies until the lock ends. If you refund a client, our fee on that payment is refunded with it. If you are on a gym's team and pay the gym a share of your client payments, that share is taken at the charge too and Marrow passes it to the gym.

Marrow never sees, stores, or handles card numbers. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and stay with Stripe.

Marrow cannot send money from your Stripe balance to anyone but you. The only transfers Marrow can start from your account are payouts to your own bank or debit card, and only when you press the button. Refunds happen only when you ask for them. Disputes are handled by Stripe under Stripe's rules.

Payouts are free on your usual schedule. Where Stripe offers instant payouts on your account, you can send your available balance to a debit card or an eligible bank, and Stripe says most arrive within 30 minutes. Stripe's instant payout fee is shown to you before you confirm and comes out of that payout. The regular payout stays free.

When you charge a client's card on file, the charge is capped at $2,500 and your client gets a receipt from us the moment it goes through. Anything larger goes out as a payment link your client approves.

You can connect a different Stripe account at any time. Nothing on the old account is cancelled: it keeps paying out and its subscriptions keep billing, and you can still refund those charges from Marrow. If you connect a Stripe account you already run yourself, you manage its payouts inside Stripe.

If you close your Marrow account, your clients' subscriptions are set to end at the end of the period they already paid for. They keep that time and are not charged again.
