Your Marrow membership is month to month and you can cancel any time. Here is where the button is and what happens to your billing, your members and your data.
Open Leave Marrow from Settings
Open Settings and choose Account. The last card is Your data is yours. Press "Leave Marrow."
That opens the leave flow. Cancelling your membership and closing your account are the same step on Marrow: when billing stops, the account closes with it. You can stop at any point before the last button and nothing changes.
Take your data
Press "Download my data export." One file is built on the spot and saved straight to your device. If you already have it, press "I already have my data." You can also download it later from the export page.
Confirm
There is one optional question about why you are leaving. Skip it if you like; it changes nothing. Tick "I understand, and I want to close this account," then press "Close my account."
Keep your written confirmation
The last screen is your written confirmation, with the date your account closes. Press "Save this confirmation" to keep a copy. We also email it to your account address.
Billing, members and data
- Your Marrow membership is not charged again. You keep full access to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account closes that day. There is no exit penalty.
- Every active athlete subscription on your Stripe account, and on any Stripe account you switched away from, is set to cancel at the end of the period the athlete already paid for. They keep that time and are not charged again.
- Nothing is refunded. If you want to refund an athlete, do it before you close.
- Marrow does not message your athletes about the close. Tell them yourself before you confirm.
- Your Stripe account stays yours, with its payout history.
- Erasure starts no sooner than 30 days after you confirm. Until then, you can contact us to undo it. What is deleted and what is kept is on our account deletion page.
