When it happens
| Who | What happens |
|---|---|
| Member | You leave your coach’s roster as soon as you confirm. Billing with your coach stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Erasure starts no sooner than 30 days after you confirm, and until then you can ask us to undo it. |
| Coach | Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for and your account closes that day. Erasure starts no sooner than 30 days after you confirm, and until then you can ask us to undo it. |
| Gym | Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for and the gym is paused. Nothing personal is erased by this step. To ask for erasure, contact us. |
What is deleted
- Your name, email and contact details.
- Your messages, check ins, notes, forms, videos and connected apps.
- For coaches, your public page and its photos.
What is kept, and for how long
- Session, class and booking records, with your name and notes removed, so your coach and gym keep accurate records. They no longer say who you are.
- For coaches, programs and sessions you ran, with your name, program titles and notes removed, so your members keep their training records.
- Community posts, shown as Former member, so threads stay readable.
- Payment records, for as long as the law requires us to keep records of real transactions. A coach’s or gym’s own business records of payments you made to them are kept the same way.
- Records of agreements accepted, such as a gym’s data import agreement, because they are proof of what was agreed.
- Encrypted backups. Our encrypted database backups, kept for disaster recovery, can still hold a copy made before your data was erased.
Changed your mind?
For 30 days after you confirm, you can ask us to undo the close through our contact page, and we will undo it.
