From your coach dashboard, go to Settings » Profile. Every field on your public storefront lives here.
Square, 800px or larger
Upload a square photo, ideally 800 pixels or larger. The site renders it at 400, 200, and 80 depending on context. Use a clear photo of your face, lighting on you, calm background. Action shots work too if they show your face.
Photos get automatically cropped to a centered square if you upload a rectangle. If you want a different crop, edit before uploading.
Two paragraphs maximum
Your bio shows up under your name on the public profile. Keep it short. Two paragraphs maximum, ideally one.
What lands best: the work you do, who you do it for, and one piece of texture that makes you a specific human. Avoid the credential dump (those live in their own section). Avoid the "I help people transform their lives" generic line.
Pick from the approved list
The credentials section accepts standard credentials from the approved list: NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, Yoga Alliance RYT-200 and RYT-500, PMA-CPT, plus academic degrees (BS, MS, DPT in exercise physiology, kinesiology, exercise science, or physical therapy).
If your credential isn't on the list, add it under "Other credentials." It shows up on your profile with a small "self reported" tag. Marrow doesn't verify "Other credentials" the way we verify the standard list.
Primary and secondary
Pick your primary modality (strength, yoga, Pilates, mobility, conditioning, dance, martial arts, meditation). Pick any number of secondary modalities. Athletes searching the directory filter on these.
Set what you offer and what it costs
The pricing section controls what shows up on your public profile and storefront. You can offer:
- Monthly programming subscriptions (your standard rate).
- Live class tickets and class packages.
- Seminars (one time educational content for athletes or coaches).
- Templates (paid programming sold to other coaches via the marketplace).
Hide any offering you don't want public by toggling it off. Hidden offerings are still purchasable by direct link if you share one.
Your public storefront address
Your public profile lives at marrowfitness.com/c/your-slug. By default we generate the slug from your name. You can change it once in Settings » Profile » URL. After the first change, the slug locks to prevent broken links.
Click "Preview"
Any change in Settings » Profile shows up live within seconds. To check the result before sharing, hit "Preview" at the top of the settings panel. It opens your public profile in a new tab.
