Your gym pays $500 a month for the location, and every trainer on your floor is included in that price. There is no per trainer fee at any team size. On top of that, Marrow takes 8 percent of every payment we process for your gym.
$500 a month, and every trainer is already in it
The location is $500 a month. That price carries your whole floor, so a gym running one trainer and a gym running fifty pay the same $500.
It brings your gym-branded member app, the multi-coach console where you see the whole floor, booking, check-in, and the retention signals that tell you who is drifting before they leave.
There is no per trainer fee at any team size
Add a trainer, remove a trainer, double the roster. The subscription does not move.
- One trainer. $500.
- Five trainers. $500.
- Fifty trainers. $500.
Under the old model a gym paid for the location and then again for each trainer after the first, so a five trainer gym paid $745 a month. It now pays $500. Break even sits near two and a half trainers, so any gym with three or more trainers pays less than it used to.
Adding a second location is priced separately. That is the one thing that moves the number.
On every payment Marrow processes for your gym
Marrow takes 8 percent of every payment we process. On a $200 a month member that is $16, and it is printed on your screen every time. It comes off at the moment of payment. There is no invoice and nothing to reconcile later.
It covers member membership charges, session pack purchases, and event tickets sold through Marrow. Member payments inside a gym run on Marrow. That is a product requirement, and we say it here rather than let you find it at the first charge.
Your own $500 subscription never carries the 8 percent. That is your gym paying us, not us moving money for you.

There are no setup fees and no add-ons layered on afterward. The price you are quoted is the price that runs. And if we ever raise a price, you keep the price you are paying for 12 months from the day the increase is announced.
Come to us, there is no billing page in the console yet
This is the honest part. The gym console does not have a billing section today. There is no card-update screen, no invoice list, and no plan switcher inside it.
So if you need to change the card we charge or pull an invoice, send us a message and we will take care of it. We would rather tell you that than send you hunting for a button that is not there. Moving trainers on and off your roster does not change what you pay, so there is nothing to adjust there.
The Stripe connection inside your console is a separate thing. That one is about money coming in to your gym, not the subscription going out.
