Adding the location to your console takes about thirty seconds and only the owner can do it. What it costs to run a second location is a separate conversation, because multi-location pricing is not something you can buy from the console today.

Step 1

Open the Locations tab

In the gym console, open Locations. You will see every location you already have.

This is owner only. If you are a manager, the tab shows you the list but not the controls, with a note explaining that the owner makes the change.

Step 2

Add a location

Hit Add a location. Give it a name. That is the only field we require.

Address, city, and state are optional. Add them if you want the location to read clearly to your team, skip them if you are just getting the structure in place.

Save, and the location is live in your console. Your trainers can be pointed at it from the Trainers tab.

Worth knowing

There is no delete, on purpose

You can add a location and you can rename one. You cannot remove one.

That is a deliberate choice rather than a missing feature. Trainers are assigned to locations, and nothing on our side moves those trainers when a location disappears. Rather than quietly leave your staff pointed at a place that no longer exists, we left the delete out and we tell you why.

If you have genuinely closed a location and want it off the list, send us a message and we will clean it up with you.

Adding it in the console does not change your bill

Here is the part we want to be straight about. Adding a location in the console is an organizing action. It does not charge you anything and it does not change your subscription.

Pricing for genuinely running a second location is custom, and it is not something the console can sell you. It depends on how many trainers sit at each site, how your members move between them, and whether you want the two floors reporting together or apart.

So do not plan a budget off the console. Talk to us and we will price your second location properly, on what you are actually running.

The limit

Up to two hundred locations

The console holds up to two hundred locations. If you are anywhere near that, you are running an operation we should be talking about directly rather than through a help article.

Before you add one If you are opening a second site and want the pricing, the app, and the migration handled together, start with a conversation instead of the console. It saves a rebuild later.
