check means.
Every coach on MarrowTM is checked by a real person before their page goes public. Here is exactly what that check covers, and what it does not.
A real person looks first.
No platform should let just anyone call themselves a coach. Before a coach gets into Marrow, a real person checks their certifications against a known list of issuing bodies. When you see a coach is verified, it means someone actually looked.
The green check confirms one thing. It confirms that the certifications a coach lists are real, current, and issued by a body Marrow recognizes. It is a check on the paperwork, done by a person.
What the check does not claim.
The green check is deliberately modest. It does not rank coaches. It does not say one coach is better than another. And it does not claim a coach is the right fit for every kind of training.
Verification is scoped to what the coach is certified in. A coach verified for strength coaching is not, by that check alone, verified for rehabilitation work. A coach verified to teach yoga is not, by that check alone, verified for tactical conditioning. Each credential covers what it covers. The green check tells you the credential is real. It is then your call, and the coach's honesty, on whether their training fits what you need.

Marrow checks certifications and degrees against this list of issuing bodies. A coach can also list other credentials, and those are reviewed before they appear.
