Questions, answered.

When am I charged?

On January 1, 2027. That is the same day for everyone, whether you join today or on December 31. After that your membership bills on the 1st of each month at the normal price: $99 for Solo Coach, $349 for Head Coach, $500 per location for a Gym.

Why do you need a card if it is free?

So your membership keeps running on January 1 without anything left to fill in. Stripe holds the card securely and nothing is charged for the membership before January 1, 2027.

What is the 8 percent, and when does it start?

Marrow takes 8 percent of every payment it processes for you, starting the day you join, including during the free period. On a $200 a month client that is $16. Stripe's own card processing fee, about 2.9 percent plus 30 cents, is separate. The 8 percent is never charged on your membership itself.

If I cancel before January 1, do I pay anything?

Not for the membership. Choose Leave Marrow in your account before January 1, 2027. Billing stops, and your account closes when the free period ends, with no membership charge. The 8 percent on payments your clients already made through Marrow still applies.

Which plan fits me?

Solo Coach if you train your own clients, in person, hybrid or online. Head Coach if you run other coaches under you and want to set the team fee they pay you. Gym if you run a gym or studio location and want every trainer included.

Can I bring my current clients over?

Yes. From your dashboard, open the importer and upload your client export from Trainerize or Mindbody, or a spreadsheet. ERA Fit has no export, so put your list in a spreadsheet. Check the preview and add everyone in one press, then set their monthly price and invite them all at once. Payment plans from your old software do not move on their own; each client starts paying you on Marrow when they join.

Do my clients pay anything to use the app?

No. Your clients pay only the prices you set. Marrow's 8 percent comes out of the payment you receive, it is not added on top of what your client pays.

How do clients pay me, and when do I get paid?

Clients pay by card through Marrow into your own Stripe account, which you connect from your dashboard. Stripe sends the money to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule. You can see every payment, the fee and your net on the Money page, and open your Stripe payout dashboard from there to see payout dates.

Is there an iPhone and Android app?

There is a Marrow app for iPhone on the App Store, listed as Marrow Coaching. On Android and on a computer, Marrow runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen. There is no Android store app yet.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Tell us at marrowfitness.com/help/contact/ and we will move you to the plan that fits. Your new plan's monthly price starts from January 1, 2027, the same as everyone on the offer.

Can I sign up on December 31?

Yes. The code works until 11:59 PM Eastern on December 31, 2026. Your first charge is still January 1, 2027. If you open checkout in the last half hour before midnight on December 29, 30 or 31 and finish it after midnight, the first charge can move one day later, to January 2, never earlier.
