For coaches leaving My PT Hub. Download your list, drop it into Marrow, check it, invite your clients.

Step 1

Download your client list from My PT Hub

Download your client list from My PT Hub as a spreadsheet (CSV). Marrow reads the header row your file carries, so you do not need to tidy it first. If you cannot find a download, ask My PT Hub support in writing for a copy of your client list.

My PT Hub explains it in its own help centre.

Every person needs a name and an email address.

Step 2

Open the importer in Marrow

Sign in to Marrow. On your dashboard press Migrate all, then Open the importer.

Or go straight to it: Bring your roster across.

Step 3

Drop the file in

Drop the file on Drop your client list here, or press Choose a file. Upload it exactly as it downloaded. A CSV or an Excel file both work.

Nothing is added to your account yet.

Step 4

Check the preview, then import

Marrow shows What will land: which column it used for each thing, and every row that will not come across, with the reason.

A column wrong? Press Change which column is which. When it looks right, press Import these people now.

Step 5

Stop the My PT Hub billing, then invite

Importing moves people, not payments. First pause or cancel every subscription you still bill on My PT Hub, and check that no new charge fires.

Then, under Invite the people you just imported, set What they pay you each month and press Send their invitations. Each client gets one email from you, sets a password, enters a card at your price, and is in.

Anyone who paid through their phone's app store has to cancel that themselves, from their phone. Tell them before you invite them.

Step 6

What moves, and what stays behind

Moves

  • Name, email, phone, date of birth, the date they joined you, and what they were on.

Stays behind

  • Workout history. Everyone starts with a clean log on Marrow.
  • Programs. You build them in Marrow, and your clients are already there to assign them to.
  • Videos, messages, progress photos and body measurements. Save what you want before you close the old account.
  • Cards and payments. No app hands saved cards to another one.
Step 7

If something looks wrong

The result lists every row that did not come across, by the row number in your own file. Fix those lines, save, and upload again. Nobody is added twice.

Press Undo this import to remove the people it created. Anyone who was on your roster before is never touched.
