Export your TrainHeroic library and athletes, then import to Marrow. Programs and history come over together.

Step 1

Export from TrainHeroic

Sign in to TrainHeroic as the head coach. Go to Account » Settings » Export Data. TrainHeroic generates a ZIP including athletes, programs, sessions, and movement library. You'll get an email with the download link.

If you run a TrainHeroic team account, the export includes the whole team's data. You can scope to one coach inside the Marrow migration tool.

Step 2

Open Marrow's TrainHeroic migration tool

Coach dashboard » Settings » Migrations » TrainHeroic. Drop the ZIP in. Marrow parses the structure and shows a preview.

Step 3

Map programs and movements

TrainHeroic programs map cleanly to Marrow programs. The trickiest piece is the movement library. TrainHeroic uses some movement names that don't match Marrow's library exactly. The migration tool shows you each unmatched movement and suggests the closest Marrow match. You can accept the suggestion, pick a different match, or import it as a custom movement.

Step 4

Run the import

Hit "Import." TrainHeroic imports take five to ten minutes depending on roster size. We'll email you when it finishes.

Step 5

Verify and announce

Spot check three or four athletes. Confirm their programs and history landed. Then message your athletes that the move is complete.
