Export your Trainerize data, run the import inside Marrow, and bring your athletes and programs over in one pass. The Founder Cohort gets white glove migration for free.

Step 1

Export your Trainerize data

Inside Trainerize, go to Account » Data Export. Select all athletes, all programs, and all messages. Trainerize emails you a CSV bundle when the export is ready. Most exports finish in under an hour.

If you don't see the Data Export option, contact Trainerize support and ask for "a full account data export, CSV format." They are required to provide it.

Step 2

Open the migration tool in Marrow

From your coach dashboard, go to Settings » Migrations » Trainerize. Drag and drop the CSV bundle into the upload zone. Marrow validates the structure and shows you what we'll import before you commit.

Step 3

Map your data

The migration tool shows your athletes, programs, and history side by side with how they'll land in Marrow. You can:

  • Pick which athletes to import (all, or just active).
  • Map Trainerize program templates to Marrow program templates.
  • Pick which pricing tier each athlete moves to.
  • Choose whether to send each athlete a "your coach moved platforms" email automatically.

Custom movements in your Trainerize library become custom movements in your Marrow library. Workout history attaches to each athlete's Marrow profile, read only.

Step 4

Run the import

Hit "Import." A progress bar runs through your data. Small accounts import in under a minute. Large accounts (300+ athletes) can take 10 to 15 minutes. You can close the tab; we'll email you when the import completes.

Athletes get a magic link to their new Marrow account. They land in a short onboarding ("Your coach moved to Marrow. Set up your account in 2 minutes."). Their training history and program show up the moment they finish.

Step 5

Verify and clean up

After the import, walk your roster. Spot check three or four athletes. Make sure their program assignments and history landed correctly. If anything looks off, hit "Roll back import" within 72 hours and we'll undo the import without charge.
