Trainerize prices by roster size and sells the rest of the product as add ons. The invoice grows in three directions at once, and the dashboard keeps asking you to act like a marketer instead of a coach.

This is a read of the two products side by side, from what each one publishes and how each one is built. We are not here to talk down another team, and we are not going to put words in anyone's mouth. Read it and decide whether the trade is worth making.
- The bill kept climbing. The base plan is fair at the start. The add-ons stacked up. Nutrition was extra. The branded app was extra. As the roster grew, the monthly invoice did too.
- A new payments fee landed on top. A transaction percentage sits on top of the subscription you already pay. Two fees on the same dollar, and the second one grows every time your billing does.
- The product is built for group fitness and studios. Trainerize is owned by ABC Fitness and aimed at studios as much as one to one coaches. If you run a focused private roster, you carry the weight of a studio product you do not use.
- The pressure to be a marketer. The dashboard steers you toward funnels, lead capture, and ad copy. That is a sales motion to run every morning, before you have written a single program.
- The athlete app felt generic. Branding is an add on. Without the upgrade your athletes are inside someone else's product, not yours.
What Marrow does differently.
Marrow is a different shape on purpose. The room is built for the coach who wants to go back to coaching.
- One price that does not punish growth. The base price is $99 a month for a solo coach. It does not climb as you add clients. Marrow takes 8 percent of every payment we process for you, at every roster size.
- No AI camera grading your athletes. Form is a coach's read. The Movement Analysis tool is for coach driven annotation only. The camera does not score.
- No meal plans your athletes have to follow. Marrow runs on macro ranges and food principles. No prescription. No policing the fridge.
- No chatbot between you and your athlete. The relationship is the product. Nothing sits in the middle of it.
- No referral fees and no growth tax. Bring another coach in and you both get a free month when their first payment clears. Marrow shares upside with the network instead of skimming it.
- The growth services are bundled in. Marketing kits, sales support, and trend briefs come with the 8 percent. They are not a separate add-on.
The five step migration path.
This is the path. Realistic time on each step. The Founder Cohort gets the migration concierge for free. We move you in.

Export your data from Trainerize.
Inside Trainerize, go to your account settings and request a full data export. The export covers your client list, your program library, and history. Trainerize emails the CSV bundle when it is ready. If the option is hidden, contact Trainerize support and ask for a full account data export in CSV format. They are required to provide it.
Marrow imports it for you.
You hand the export to your migration concierge. We map your athletes, your programs, and your history into Marrow. Custom movements in your library become custom movements in your Marrow library. Workout history attaches to each athlete's Marrow profile.
Your athletes get a warm welcome.
Each athlete receives a branded email and a magic link. They land in a short onboarding that says their coach moved to Marrow. Their plan and training history show up the moment they sign in. There is no app store search and no password reset for them to manage.
Connect Stripe and switch payments on.
Connect your Stripe account through Marrow and your client payments run here. Marrow takes 8 percent of every payment we process. You see the gross, the Marrow fee, the Stripe fee, and the net side by side on every one.
The economic comparison.
Here is the deal, plain. It is $99 a month for a solo coach, and your price does not climb as you take on more clients. Marrow keeps 8% of every payment we process for you. On a $200 a month client that is $16, and it is printed on your screen every time. The 8% is not a tax. It comes with the marketing kits, the sales help, and the trend briefs our team makes for you every month. Bring another coach in and you both get a free month when their first payment clears. Your branded app is included. If we ever raise a price, you keep the price you are paying for 12 months. That is how a network shares upside with its coaches.
Compared to Trainerize. On Trainerize, the base plan and the add-ons stack as the roster grows. There is no equivalent to letting one fee replace the whole stack. See the full side by side at /compare.
The five refusals.
These are on the page because the refusals are the proof. Anyone can promise the good parts. Few will tell you what they will not sell you.
What you keep.
The move does not take your business. It carries it. You keep your athletes. They keep their training history. You keep your programs, your custom movements, and your library. You keep the relationships you spent years building. Marrow is the new room. The work is still yours.
If you change your mind in the first 90 days, we hand the export back. No retention games. The data is yours.
