For gym owners leaving ClubReady. Download your list, upload it, review it, bring your members over.

Step 1

Download your member list from ClubReady

In ClubReady run Member Export for members, or Members By Session Type for class credits, and download it as Excel or CSV. Upload the file as it downloads.

ClubReady explains its reports in its own help centre.

Every person needs a name and an email address.

Step 2

Open Bring members over

Sign in to your gym console. Open the Grow tab, find Bring members over, and press Open.

Only the gym owner can import. You need at least one coach on your roster first, because every member starts with a coach.

Step 3

Upload the file

Under The system you use now pick ClubReady, or leave it on Let Marrow tell from the file. Choose your file under Export file.

If Marrow asks which column is which, match them once and press Use these columns. Marrow remembers it for next time.

Step 4

Review, then bring them over

The review shows who will be added and anyone listed twice. Nothing is added yet.

Pick the Coach these members start with, then press the button that reads Bring 42 members over, with your own count.

Step 5

What your members get

Each member gets one email from your gym: Your training moved to Marrow. It takes them to a page where they type their email and press Get me back in, and we set up their password with them. Nobody is charged.

Send your members this three step page so they know what to expect.

Step 6

What moves, and what stays behind

Moves

  • Members: name, email, phone, status, the date they joined, and their membership name.
  • Class credits: unused credits become class credits.

Stays behind

  • Current Due and Credit Balance. Those are money, and money does not move.
  • Dues, saved cards and billing. They stay on ClubReady. This import charges nobody and moves no money.
  • Attendance history and signed contracts.
Step 7

If something looks wrong

Nothing is added until you press the button. If the review shows a problem, fix the file and upload it again.

If it stops partway, press the button again. Anyone already brought over is not added twice.
