Marrow Lamella in your terminal
Type what you want. Never open this site.
If you already run Claude Code, you do not need a dashboard to drive Lamella. Save one file, type a slash command, say what you want in plain words, and it reads your business and does the work. It shows you its plan first, so you never pay for a misread ask.
Install it once.
This assumes you have already connected Lamella. If you have not, start here and come back. It takes about a minute.
-
Step one
Add Marrow to Claude Code.
Paste this into your terminal. It registers the server for every project on your machine.
claude mcp add --transport http marrow-lamella --scope user https://lamella.marrowfitness.com/mcp -
Step two
Sign in.
Ask Claude to connect to Marrow. It opens a Marrow page, you sign in with the password you already have and press Approve, and it hands you back connected. There is no code to paste.
-
Step three
Save the command.
Download lamella.md and put it in
~/.claude/commands/. Create that folder if it is not there. One line does the whole thing:mkdir -p ~/.claude/commands && curl -fsSL https://marrowfitness.com/assets/lamella/lamella.txt -o ~/.claude/commands/lamella.md
Then just talk to it.
Type /lamella and then what you want, in your own words.
Hit enter. That is the whole interface.
/lamella who is about to quit and what should I say to them
/lamella my pricing is a mess, tell me what overlaps
/lamella write this week's community post in my voice
/lamella read my page and rewrite the about section
It asks before it spends your tokens.
Before it changes, stages or drafts anything, it reads what it needs, gives you a short numbered plan and waits. You say go, or you correct it. If you would rather it just run, tell it so and it will.
What it can never do, from the terminal or anywhere else.
- Only one thing publishes, and only when you say so. Your own public page can be taken live, and taken back down, after the whole page and its web address have been read back to you and you have said yes. Nothing else publishes: a post lands as a draft and you press publish.
- Nothing sends. The message tools read and draft. Not one of them can send, to a member or to anyone else.
- Prices land switched off. A staged price charges nobody until you turn it on.
- Members are opaque refs, never names. Nothing turns a ref back into a person.
- Anything written can be put back, one change at a time, from your change log.
Prefer buttons? Everything here also lives in your dashboard, with the same asks ready to copy on every tab.
