What a founding coach gets

All of it lives inside Marrow. Nothing ships in a box. The first two come with your seat; the rest are rolling out to founding members first.

    Your seat carries a number from 1 to 100, and the founding coach mark sits beside your name in Marrow.

    Member numbers under 1,000

    Every Marrow member keeps one number. Numbers under 1,000 go to the clients of founding coaches, and they never come around again.

    A turn writing the Saturday Set

    The Saturday Set is the one session the whole network trains each Saturday. Founding coaches take turns writing it, with their name on it.

    Crews of six for your members

    You put your members into crews of six. Each crew sees who showed up this week and can cheer each other on.

    A private circle of founding coaches. Share wins and programs, and join the monthly Guild call.

    A monthly in person session, hosted at your own space. Founding coaches get the first host slots, before anyone else can ask.

A founding seat costs nothing extra and takes nothing away. Every coach and gym on Marrow pays the same.

For a gym or studio, with unlimited trainers.

$500a month per location

Marrow takes 8 percent of every payment it processes for you.

If we ever raise a price, you keep the price you are paying for 12 months. That is a policy, not a promotion.

Miami first

Miami is where we start. Not where we stop.

Our team is in Miami, so the first in person sessions happen here. The seats are open to any coach anywhere. A solo trainer needs no gym or studio: in person, hybrid and online all count.

How do I get a seat?

Sign up and go live on Marrow. Your seat is granted the day your coach or gym account goes live, while seats remain. There is no form to fill in and no code to enter.

Does a founding seat cost more?

No. You pay the same price as every coach and gym on Marrow, with the same platform fee. Anything running on Marrow when you join still applies. A seat adds to what you get and takes nothing away.

Do I need a gym?

No. A solo trainer qualifies in person, hybrid or online. Head Coach is for a coach running a team of coaches, and Gym is for a location.

When does each piece start?

Your founding number, the mark and member numbers for your clients come with your seat. Crews, the Saturday Set, the Coach Guild, Marrow Miami, the spotlight and member seasons are rolling out to founding members first, and each one appears in your dashboard when it is ready.

Can I lose my seat?

Only if your account is closed. Then the seat goes back to the hundred for the next coach or gym.

What happens when the hundred are in?

The seats close and the counter reads zero. This page stays up as the record of the first hundred, and every founding coach keeps their number.
