Connect your agent.

Connect the Claude you already pay for to your Marrow account. Four steps, once, about a minute. It reads your real numbers, does the work, and nothing goes live without your press.

  1. Step 1Your Marrow plan.

    Every Marrow plan includes the connection, so there is nothing extra to buy. You bring the Claude account you already pay for. Sign in to your dashboard to make a key or check a connection.

  2. Step 2Connect your tool.

    Pick where you talk to Claude. The panel below changes to match.

    In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it Marrow and paste the address below.

    Run this in your terminal, then start Claude Code.

    Blocks tagged Terminal are commands, not chat. Run them in Terminal on a Mac, or in PowerShell on Windows. Pasting one into Claude's chat box does nothing.

    Documented, not verified. The steps and the shape come from Anthropic's own current published documentation. Marrow has not run this client against the server end to end.

    If you would rather edit a file, open .mcp.json in the folder you run Claude Code from, or your user settings file, and add this under mcpServers. Then restart Claude Code.

    This path is for a Claude that reads a key from its own settings, such as an app built on Claude's developer platform. Three things, copy each one.

    Your key

    A key is a password for your Marrow account, so it is never shown on a public page. Make one from your dashboard, from the Marrow Claude panel, under Your Claude key.

    Pending live verification. The shape is what the server accepts today, and Marrow has not run this path end to end.

    Claude only. An app that is not Claude is refused by the server whatever key it holds.

    On your phone, the connection follows your Claude account once you have made it on the web or in the desktop app.

    Claude only. The server refuses every other assistant, so there is nothing to gain by trying one.

  3. Step 3Restart and approve.

    Back in your tool, the first thing it does is open a Marrow page. Sign in once, read the connection agreement, and press Approve. After that it is automatic for ninety days, and you can disconnect it from your dashboard at any time.

    Connecting from a gym console instead? Same steps, and you accept the gym connection agreement. An owner connection covers the whole roster: roll ups, setup gaps, and gym owned plans staged for your approval, never an individual member and never a trainer's own content.

  4. Step 4You are all set.

    Ask in plain words. Your Claude reads your real numbers, does the work, and leaves it finished in your dashboard.

What it will never do.

Your Claude does the thinking, you keep the authority.

  • Only one thing publishes, and only when you say so. Your own public page can be taken live, and taken back down, after the whole page and its web address have been read back to you and you have said yes. Nothing else publishes: a post lands as a draft and you press Publish.
  • Nothing sends. The message tools read and draft. Not one of them can send, to a member or to anyone else.
  • Prices land switched off. A staged price charges nobody until you switch it on in Marrow.
  • Members come back as counts and opaque refs, not names, unless you switch client profiles on yourself. Your agent cannot switch it on, and it is off until a human inside Marrow turns it on.
  • Anything written can be put back, one change at a time, from the change log. Every write has an Undo sitting next to it.
