What you're actually paying for.

Is the $25 refundable?
Yes. Any time before public launch on July 1, 2026. Email hello@marrowfitness.com, get refunded inside 48 hours. No questions, no friction.
What does the deposit lock?
A spot in the Founder Cohort — first 50 coaches only. That spot is worth $49/mo plus 5% of platform billings, locked for life. Public pricing starts at $99 + 7% on July 1. Founders never move off the founder rate.
Do I get charged $49/mo immediately after the deposit?
No. Subscription billing begins on July 1, 2026 — not before. The $25 is a one-time deposit that holds your seat through the build-out window. When subscription kicks in, the deposit is credited toward your first month.
What if I'm picked but I change my mind?
You're refunded. We don't want a coach in the cohort who isn't a fit. The cohort is built on commitment, not lock-in.
What happens after I deposit?
You get a confirmation email with your founder spot number (e.g., "you're #14 of 50"), a private intake form to surface what you need most from the platform, and a direct line to Edwin. Early-access builds open through June.
Why pre-sell instead of just launching?
Two reasons. One — the Founder rate has to mean something, so it's structurally limited to people who committed before launch. Two — pre-sale tells us who's serious, and we build the platform's first ninety days around what they actually ask for. The cohort shapes the product.
Is this a payment plan or a subscription?
Neither. Single $25 charge. No recurring billing. No card stored beyond the transaction. The subscription decision is yours to make at launch.
