A fitness network has to start somewhere. We chose the city we know best. Marrow is built in Miami, by a Miami coach, for the Miami fitness community first. The coaches here build it with us. The athletes here are the first to feel it. This is home base.

Marrow is a network, and a network is only as strong as how close its people stand to each other. Spread thin across a country, the early connections never quite catch. Concentrated in one city, they compound. Miami is where that compounding happens first.
The density
Miami runs on movement. Strength gyms, yoga studios, Pilates rooms, martial arts academies, run clubs on the causeway at sunrise. The coaches and the athletes are already here, in numbers, in one place. A network does not have to be invented. It has to be connected.
The culture
This city takes training seriously and takes it personally. Fitness here is identity, not a chore. That is the right soil for a platform that treats coaching as a craft and the relationship between a coach and an athlete as the thing worth protecting.

Marrow is not run from a distance. Edwin is a strength coach. He trains athletes in this city, and he is building the platform he wished he had on the floor at 6 AM. The first coaches on Marrow are people he can stand next to. The first athletes are people who can meet their coach in person.
