Why a 5 percent rev share is the most aligned model.
Every other platform charges you the same fee whether you have 3 athletes or 300. We charge you a slice of what you actually bill. If you have 5 clients at $50 a month, Marrow costs about $50 a month. If you have 50 clients at $200 a month, Marrow costs about $549 a month. Either way, Marrow only grows when your business does. If you have a quiet quarter, so do we. If you raise your prices, we share in the work that made it possible.

Marrow is built for coaches with ambition to scale. If you are charging $150 or more per client and you want to grow past 30 athletes, Marrow's economics flip in your favor fast. The 5 percent rev share is a smaller line item than what every other platform charges you in fixed monthly fees once your roster grows.

Marrow fits hybrid, tactical, endurance, masters, postpartum, strength, and competitive prep. It does not fit physique-only coaches whose programming is fully macro-driven, or course-based passive-revenue businesses with no 1-to-1 coaching layer.
