The deepest layer of strength is the one that holds everything else up. That is what real coaches do. We are looking for fifty of you.

What we look for

Three things, beyond the resume.

Real credentials.

NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, RYT-200 or 500, PMA-CPT, DPT, or an exercise science degree. Or a body of work that speaks louder than letters. We verify both. Pedigree matters because athletes' bodies matter.

Real coaching practice.

Active athletes who pay you. A method you can articulate. A book of work that someone could open and read. Hobbyists are welcome to train with us. Founders are coaches who already coach.

Real respect for athletes.

No shaming. No prescribed meal plans. No "grind harder" marketing. The coaches in this cohort treat athletes like adults running their own lives. The platform was built around that standard.
